Hello - I am seeking help with using the Mac-native screen reader, VoiceOver. We have a student who can't complete her tests in Brightspace. She was able to do so last semester but is now having issues. She is fine within the Brightspace environment, but as soon as she attempts a quiz, it will not function properly. Do you all have any experience with this issue? If not, do you have confirmation the VoiceOver works within a Quiz within D2L? We also tested this on a Windows machine using NVDA. This seemed to function properly in all areas within the Brightspace environment. Any help or light you can shed on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
