Hi All, I had an employee call this morning about using Dragon with the LE. She's had some problems with things such as, navigation within an email message. She's indicated that once she tabs through, she can't use a voice command to scroll down to add an attachment etc. I noticed a difficulty with similar but using voice control on a Mac within the Locker in Brightspace. Has anyone encountered similar and have workarounds? I've suggested using MouseGrid but she's new to Dragon and found it challenging. Unfortunately, I currently don't have a version of Dragon to step her through using it (although I hope to rectify that soon).
