Hi All,
I heard a comment last week that I thought was interesting. One of the participants in a group mentioned that Narrator on Windows 10 is now highly effective as a screen reader. He mentioned that occasionally he may have to use NVDA but not very often, he can pretty much do it all with Narrator.
Have anyone else heard of anyone using trying or using Windows 10 with Narrator with Brightspace by any chance? I have not tried it recently myself but last time I did it wasn't successful at all.
Thank you,
Kathy

Hi Kathy,
I haven't tested Narrator yet with Brightspace but I do know a lot of updates have happened recently and they are definitely big improvements. https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2018/10/03/windows-10-accessibility-in-the-october-2018-update/#LGjefOBJBieR8hO7.97

I just tested Narrator again with Adobe Acrobat/Reader and PDF documents are
still not accessible/readable using Narrator, neither is most of the UI.
I know Microsoft is improving access and features of Narrator with the goal
of it being sort of like VoiceOver, but there is still a way to go with
non-Microsoft applications/document formats.
Cheers, Karen
